When Classic installs a concrete project, we convey it to be a 50-year product minimum.

We recommend quality maintenance to keep your installations strong and looking great.

Our contracts provide a one-year limited warranty. However, if there are issues with your installation, we address them on a case-by-case basis.

Concrete has different cure stages and depends on several factors. In four (4) days concrete has reached a cure point where foot traffic and placing furniture is permitted.

After 7-10 days, concrete has reached a cure point where you can drive and park on the pavement.

After a 30 day cure period, the concrete is suitable for floor coverings and other treatments.

Depending on the mass or portion of the concrete, it is actually always curing. For example, the Hoover Dam is still curing and hydrating to this day.

We have a variety of colors you can choose from to create the custom look and design you desire.

Our design team will work with you to create a project that is both structurally sound and has the best decorative option for your project.

We highly recommend keeping your concrete free of salt and resealing your new concrete every two to three years.

When resealing, it is important to use the same sealer as the initial application. Mixing different sealers can damage your concrete.

Our maintenance services ensure your concrete is cleaned and resealed properly.

We also make sure our clients have access to the products we use, should they want to do their own maintenance.

We use ready mix concrete from a supplier who delivers on-site to each project.

Our supply partners are Aggregate Industries and Cemstone Inc., both are highly regarded concrete specialists.

We select the best concrete for the installation to determine the correct mix, choosing those with a proven track record for interior and exterior uses.

For example, when installing a stamp project we use a stamp-specific mix. Whereas, in a driveway, we use a larger aggregate granite mix that’s specifically designed for driveways.

We use a two-method approach when reinforcing concrete installations.

First, we will insert a 3’ on-center grid, with either a 3/8- or 1/2-inch rebar. This rebar mat is supported by accommodating chairs where the rebar is held up at ¼ of the thickness of the concrete slab.

Next, we add a fiber-mesh reinforcement to the ready-mix concrete. The fiber mesh adds more strength to the concrete surface, whereas the rebar adds strength to the mid-section and the bulk of the concrete.

By using these two products we have a two-fold standard to ensure we have a quality installation that is well above industry standards.
